Living life and loving life

The build has been going well and we now have decking in the garden and rattan furniture for when people come over and the weather is nice. Also it will be nice to just sit there to have a coffee, hot chocolate or even evenings with the family. We have ordered new furniture it’s like starting an absolute fresh house. I want to get my blog out there so I can share my stories and share photos of what’s been happening in my life recently. Yesterday my poor husband Jay took of the tip of his finger as he opened yet another new delivery 📦. So bless him he had to go the doctors to get something done to help stop the bleeding . So big hugs to my husband for being such a hero to me. We have more orders arriving in the post or by delivery . In the transformation of the ground floor of our house we have renewed all the plugs to a nickel colour but a brushed nickel. Friday the floor had resin put down so that has been drying off . Although it should dry in two hours and the chap is due back on M

Well the weekend has been nice and a little calmer than it’s been but it’s still unsettled as the house still needs to finished and we are into the 6 th week. Jays dad is coming over for dinner and we have our granddaughter as my daughter has gone to Alton towers and you know what there like . I never remember going places like my daughter and not having my kids with me. The kids become important and they come before me . As you may know we have 4 kids ....3 daughters and one Son . Our son is the only one that lives at home with us and the girls have there own lives. My granddaughter Evie-mae is having a great time today playing minecraft and singing Ed sheeran songs. Today the flooring chap was supposed to arrive to latex the floor ahead of this Monday. We have waited all morning and it’s now 12.15 but he hasn’t arrived yet . So all that emptying the room and moving the virgin server box has caused our internet to stop working which brought the house to a melt down. We have to wait n

The house is progressing now and we enter into week 6 tommorow but so much has changed for the better for our family. It has been so much easier to have a home which is a little more Minimalistic as there is less to manage. What I have found is that we have so much we don’t even touch and this is what clutters a house .Do you have a clutter cupboard or draw or draws ? You know that draw that overflows with things dated from 10 years ago and you don’t know why you have it !!!! Most days have been super busy with a hype of people in and out ...different trades doing their thing. My original plans of of an industrial space is not really turned out lick that although I would still love to have a mural with a geode on. Our issue is what wall does this go on ? am I making the right decision about my choice of mural. It’s strange how along the way something happens and how one wall colour can have an impact. Even though I try to be positive it is difficult every day with tiredness , pain in my joints headaches It continues to be cruel . Having the house done will help me to cut down on the difficulties I had going to bed . I struggled with the stairs which is one of the reasons for the changes in the House and our bedroom moving downstairs. I think it will be easier for jay as everything for me will be on one level . M.E can be cruel and it is difficult watching people of my age on Facebook being able to so many things. Even though I don’t really leave the house unless I have a Doctors appointment or Hospital check up . The things I would love to do is walk with jay hand in hand like couples do. Jay has been a rock for me and emotionally it has helped my situation and I have grown to accept things havnt really progressed for me in the best way with my health . when it comes to walking I know we have amused ourselves with other interests. I love to blog and read and we watch so much drama

The kitchen is really taking shape which is great to see and the space it provides is amazing . The electrician was out and and the units were being put up by the Ashco builders. Another new thing was to see how much difference is made by seeing better and new skirting board . It made so much difference to the rooms as the bedroom was done as well as the kitchen . Here are some updated photos that show the gradual change in just a days work. Today we have the decorators out to paint the kitchen and the cooker should arrive during the day . Although the cooker won’t be up and running just yet until the electrician returns next . It’s really fresh and it’s looking beautiful already and we are yet to move some things into position . Caleb has started college for the first day yesterday and the house continued to progress and shape up. Caleb didn’t say much about his first day at college with the exception that one bo.y asked his name. For privacy reasons I won’t give a name. The house during the day took shape the other units went up and the base units went in. So yesterday it was nice to see the progression that had been made . The paint has been ordered and I have gone for a grey but not a tinted grey but not a dark grey so I’m waiting to see what that will look like . The weekend has been relaxing and quiet and some time on the settee snuggled up watching the bodyguard and catching up with the episodes up to tonight’s explososive episode. Today has been focussed around putting handles on the doors and finishing over boarding the ceilings and building and area for a window. Everything is still in chaos as for us being a family. It's like being in a bedsit and I can sure know what that is like. I've been there done that and have the t shirt. The dust is still settling every day and its surprising how much we find and where. Overall my day has been pretty difficult with seizures and difficulty with speech but I have tried my hardest which is all the matters and I have been positive even though my day was somewhat tricky. Jay has been great always and the hero of the hour especially with me throughout the day. Supplying me with tea coffee and lunch.  Jay normally and pops into town to shop and stock up on needed groceries for the day . Today was unusual as I woke up in bed and couldn’t move at all it was like I could see and hear but couldn’t move my body in any way. It was really quite frightening. After a while I was gradually able to move a little more which was such a relief but for a while I was definateley quite frightened. Ditty was at the bottom of the stairs as jay had got up first to make a coffee . Bless ditty always has a wiggle bottom when greeting us in the morning . I have become a bit of a gamer at 49 years old ,we have PS4 and I have played fortnite it has truly been Addictive fun.  I now understand those poor parents that can't get there kids of the game it is totally addictive :-) lol. The idea if anyone that doesn't know is there are 100 hundred players and you have to be the last one to survive. Wherever you may choose on the map you pick up materials and weapons. we are enjoying the new design of our open plan kitchen / living room and jay has been very busy moving the contents of the kitchen and living room into boxes for safety. We were surprised abut the amount of dust that finally settled in the present day living room. I have to say for week one the two guys involved in the build have been incredible and they have progressed quickly in a week . This has involved taking out a kitchen and taking down existing walls to make space for a new kitchen/ living space. The current living room will be a bedroom due to my health to make things so much easier. I have looked through the kitchen colours and I thought of grey but jay mentioned how I get funny at night and my imagination runs away with itself. So we have gone for a hi gloss in white to help with the lighting through the window and also a darker worktop to prevent it being the same as most people may choose. Why is it when your life is following a great path and everything plateus out another spanner comes flying into the works? It’s been so hot and I will tell you what’s been going on recently which will explain my first sentence. Since we have had Aphrodite it’s been absolutely right thing for us both to do . Both my husband and I are smothered with love from our and she is such a sweet pug . Aphrodite has the most funny little characteristics. There is so much she does to make us giggle 🤭. There love is definateley the most love I’ve experienced from a small dog . If my husband pops out to get shopping 🛒 he cups her little face and says can you look after mummy while I’m gone ,  she then won’t leave my side until my husband returns and then she knows she can go and do what she wants to do . From a very young age we learnt she is so talented for a tiny dog and she is so much more curious at present and investigating into things she has never noticed . Aphrodite will often look up on the small table now or on the side where the computer tv table . Our tv is on the wall but she will often just have a little nosey to see what’s on there . I am back writing again I pick up a pen and write much more now and at home everything is going swimmingly she says sigh 😔 but smiling also through achicevements of the previous year  . Since last September I have really struggled with going out and struggling with constant pain , motivation and no less the dreaded chronic fatigue .In this time I have tried to attend some mayoral events with my husband who is the mayor of our hometown. Today was a beautiful lunch with rugby club but unfortunately I have a sore throat and been feeling groggy. I also like to follow other people on social networks with chronic illnesses and have learnt how to be more positive. I am a real positive mum when it comes to the internet as I do think it has great things on there to learn . My son who is 15 and nearly 16 is an avid fan of  explorers that get permission to explore places. He is a keen gamer and most of all loves fantasy , history and especially science.caleb watches a lot of you tube but learns about places and good and interesting things.  This week even though I shouldn’t be shocked 😮 I was shocked to the core. A young you tuber by the name of Logan Paul went to the sea of Trees which we know as the famous suicide forest . I would  like to mention the young chap in question was also famous with a big part of that fan base being children.  and youngster influenced by this chap Logan Paul . After the many pranks they play which sometimes involve a high risk he managed to go to the suicide forest and then openly filmed a a suicide victim who had taken his life . Well coming back to this I’m far more organised I am starting to boost my instagram for our family page and also for Aphrodite. I did my first digital moodboard on instagram the other day which gives me a visual aid for new decor of our house . We are having some possible radical changes which gives the downstairs more open planned and changes the position of our living room and kitchen. This is possibly going to make great changes for my chronic health conditions and make life easier. Hopefully this year we can travel back to 🇭🇺 Hungary for our first visit to Italy 🇮🇹. This now depends on he reconstruction of the property we live in and it could alter our circumstances financially. We had a busy weekend with raising money for the charities with a ball for Prince and princesses for children . It went really well but we had a few minor technical hitches. Even though we wasn’t sure how it would go we were pleasantly surprised at the amaount of people and the great fun they had. We had a face painter lu lu facepainters .... now this is always a hit with kids and some adults who like to join in the fun. We had been sponsored by Tesco’s so that was perfect as they made food for the children and coffees and cakes for parents. Magic mirror parties princess sang like a dream and entertained over 30 children . The  church were amazing and sue Milton managed to work everything to a dream with a drop screen for music for the additional time where the princess had to leave.  . The church venue did us proud as it was the nearest to replicating the inside of a castle especially for kids . It’s a large social space so it was perfect for this event . Mummy ordered a delivery 📦 in the last week from Lilly’s kitchen which we wrote about earlier but this was also delivered in a big box and a separate box for the hamper . Inside the box was a great new mason and cash bowl which was red with white dots on . Mummy ordered a selection of different foods some I hadn’t tried . I also had a selection of the greatest treats . I love the Lilly’s kitchen apple and cheese snacks plus mummy got liver and chamomile evening treats. I have pre listed the food a few pages back so you will be able to see what ones mummy ordered. I have 3 pairs of pyjamas coming like onesies and they bought me a jacket but it’s just that little bit small. It definateley needs changing mummy it’s just that bit small 

10th January 2018 Mummy called me tiger tots two days ago and today .....mummy you are silly 😜. Mummy and daddy call me all sorts of sweet names . I love it so much when they do that they say all sorts of cute names they pluck out of the air.  Mummy has been busy with my new page on Instagram I have over a 1K followers from all over the world 🌍 . Mummy has discovered all sorts of clothing and bandanas . Mummy tends to get me long toys but mummy has seen different designs of toys like toy shaped plush bones that say chewy Vuitton and an array of different things . Today mummy see some new bones ...toy ones that are soft too and there fab .we have seen toy food and all sorts . Mummy loves the teepees ⛺️ and different style beds. Mummy and daddy ordered me a new bed it’s tweed  large bed with a reversible pad that goes in the centre one side is brown with a bone in plaid purple and the other side is a plaid purple inner and a brown bone it’s great. Caleb starts his homeschooling for this year and he looks forward to learning more this year with his two teachers that come to the house daily at split times.. Today he starts with English which is great👍 and he seems to engage very well with both tutors. It’s great how he can communicate with both teachers and they take interest in his interests which is fabulous.ous . This morning he spoke about his new Christmas 🎄 gifts 🎁. It’s nice because he gets substantial breaks when he is tired 💤 so he is emmensely lucky in comparison to others. One to one makes life easier with his health and difficulties. Caleb has receptive and expressive language disorder so he struggles in big classes and one to one is easier for him in not being distracted . Caleb has an echp which has been helpful because he gets hours covered for his needs. At school it was difficult with going from place to place and the noise levels. It wasn’t practical for Caleb but being homeschooled is much better and tailore
